Then connect across London city by Underground train from Paddington Station to London Waterloo Station. Trains run direct from Gatwick Airport to both Southampton Central Station and Portsmouth Harbour Station. Gatwick to Southampton Central Station (2 hours). Gatwick to Portsmouth Harbour Station (1 hour 40 minutes).
