Following publication of the Shoreline Management Plan, the policies adopted will be put into practice. In the future the SMP will be reviewed and, where necessary, amended at appropriate intervals to include up-to-date information and reflect changes in national policy guidance. For example, local conditions may change, or further relevant studies or plans may be completed or amended.
